{"id":545,"date":"2022-09-13T18:25:47","date_gmt":"2022-09-13T16:25:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dieteticiennemaevazambon.wordpress.com\/?page_id=545"},"modified":"2022-09-13T18:25:47","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T16:25:47","slug":"pickles-de-legumes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/xn--maeva-zambon-ditticienne-pfcb.fr\/index.php\/pickles-de-legumes\/","title":{"rendered":"Pickles de l\u00e9gumes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">200 ml d&#8217;eau <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">125 ml de vinaigre de cidre ou vinaigre blanc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g des l\u00e9gumes de votre choix (carottes, concombre, gousses d&#8217;ail, cornichons&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Epices et herbes aromatiques de votre choix (piment d&#8217;Espelette, grain de moutarde, grain de cumin, thym, romarin&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recette<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Utiliser un contenant propre (venant d&#8217;\u00eatre lav\u00e9 ou st\u00e9rilis\u00e9) et herm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Eplucher les l\u00e9gumes si besoin puis couper les en b\u00e2tonnets (carottes) ou en rondelles (concombre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Dans une casserole verser l\u2019eau, le vinaigre, le sel et le sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis retirer du feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Plonger les l\u00e9gumes, les herbes et les graines dans la casserole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le contenant.
